Refund policy

All products sold on InfiBuild are printed after an order is placed.

Because each order is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect customer choices, or minor visual characteristics of 3D printing such as small layer lines or slight surface variations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

• send a replacement, or

• issue a partial or full refund.

To be eligible for review, the item must be unused other than inspection after delivery.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
